Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Open Classes are available.
“Drop in” for a class, revisit your favorite style, or try something new! Classes are led by knowledgeable, charismatic, and caring teachers who are here to help you explore different types of dance. Our ballet classes have live music, played in real-time by our talented accompanists.
All classes are offered in person and virtually. We also offer ballet classes for adults with no previous experience. These classes are a tremendous way to relieve stress, strengthen your back and shoulders, and improve your overall posture. Ballet training helps prevent injury and improve balance, concentration, alignment, posture, and more.
For experienced dancers, you may sign up for the unlimited classes (pre-approval by Phyllis Papa is required). The unlimited class allows you to sign up for 4 Technique (Ballet) Classes per week and 4 pointe classes over the entire 33 weeks and gives you the opportunity to join the competitive team.
